Several events, concerts and other attractions are bringing millions of people and dollars to cities across the Carolinas.
Now, tourism leaders in the greater Charlotte area are getting the statistics, and painting an economic picture of the patrons visiting the Queen City. The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA) said visitors to the area spent $7.3 billion, and the money they're spending is bringing savings to those in the area.
